Please find below the charges for cancellation and amendments for reservations made in the following currencies;
Cancellation administration charge
U.S Rent A Car Ltd will levy a charge for cancellation of any booking you are unable to honor prior to your collection date (see below). Unless cancelled within the first 48 hours of booking (cooling off period) or you have purchased our optional cancellation protection.
No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, late collections, no shows or cancellations made after the rental start date.
All cancellations must be made in writing, emailed to info@usrentacar.co.uk and will take effect from the date and time received by U.S. Rent A Car Ltd.
Please note: Your cancellation or amendment fee will be based on the currency that you chose at the time of your purchase.
Cancellation charges
7 or more days before start date of your hire = Deposit Paid
6-4 days before start date of your hire = 50% of total cost
3-1 days before start date of your hire = 75% of total cost
24 Hours before start date of your hire = 100% of total cost
