Complaints are not accepted via phone, U.S. Rent A Car require all complaints to be made in writing. The fastest way for you to do this is via email. You can also write to us at the address below.
Complaints procedure:
We aim to acknowledge all appropriate mail within 48 hours (excluding public holidays). once your complaint has been assigned to a Customer Service agent you will receive an acknowledgement reply advising you of the next steps to be taken in order to resolve your issue. Please note that we aim to work to ABTA guidelines and resolve issues within 28 days. You will be informed of any delays or circumstances that may affect your case. Our aim is to resolve your query in the shortest possible time.
