U.S. Rent A Car are dedicated to ensuring that your car rental runs as smoothly as possible. Speed up your rental with our SaveTime process. Simply provide us with your driver details online, after you have made your reservation to save time at the rental counter. .

Driver Details Required

The SaveTime process requires you to provide the following driver details:

• Driving Licence number, expiry date and country of issue
• Address
• Contact details
• Date of birth

To take advantage of the Save Time™ facility we must receive all information at least 7 working days before your pick up date.

Budget Pre Registration

PLEASE NOTE: Your 'Budget confirmation number' is required to Pre-register. This is only displayed on the rental voucher we issue. If you have left a deposit for your hire your voucher will not be available until 8 weeks before you travel or when the balance is paid.

If you have made a reservation with Budget at either Sanford Airport (SFB) or Orlando International Airport (MCO) you can use the Budget pre-registration form. Please click here for more information. Please note you can only register once you have received your car rental voucher at least 5 working days before your collection date.

 

 

Sixt Pre Registration

Sixt offer a Pre Registration Service to speed up collection. At select locations if you provide your mobile phone number during the pre-registration process when you arrive, Sixt will send a text message to welcome you and arrange the Free shuttle bus. During peak periods Sixt will provide a dedicated counter to make the check in quick and easy.
